Sidhasana
Procedure
1.
Sit in Dandasan and fold the left leg and place the ankle in between the
genital and rectum. The ankle of the right leg should be kept on the upper
portion of the genital. The ankle bone of the lest leg should be above the ankle
bone of the right leg. The paws should in between the thighs and calf of the
leg.
2.
The knees should
rest on the ground. Both the hands should be gyan mudra( touch the index finger
and the big finger, remaining three fingers should be straight) and resting on
the knees. The spine should be straight. Eyes closed and concentrate the mind in
between the eyebrows.
Benefits:
1.
It has been practiced by learned persons therefore it is called Sidhasana. It
protects celibacy and makes a person celibate.
2.
It cools down the lust of sex and removes the inattentiveness of the mind. This
is the best asana for awakening the kundilini.
3.
It is beneficial for piles and sex diseases.
